5: Where requested arrange a Pre-purchase car inspection by companies such as The AA or similar.
6: Negotiate the price of your chosen car to save you money if requested/possible.
7: Provide a valuation of your current car if required.
8: Look to arrange the part exchange of your car if required.
9: Arrange delivery of your new car to your address if requested.
10: Answer all your questions with professional integrity.
11: If requested advertise your car on a car website of your choice.
